Three Step Prescription
Our miniOrganics 3-Step “Prescription” provides a simple, safe, all-natural method for helping relieve the painful and often distressing symptoms of dry, itchy skin conditions such as eczema.
Although there is no known cure for eczema, miniOrganics provides an alternative for parents who do not wish to resort to the more traditional petrochemical-based barrier and cortisone cream methods to treat dry skin conditions.
While such treatments have their place in severe cases, and while we certainly recommend you seek professional medical advice particularly if there are any visible signs of infection, ours is a natural, non steroidal, non mineral oil/non petroleum based option that may work for you.

Step 1:
Simply apply a fine spray of our naturally anti-inflammatory Mist to the affected areas. |

While the skin is damp, gently smooth over a drop or two of our Superfine Jojoba with its natural antibacterial and super moisturising properties. |

Follow with a small amount of our Infant Moisturiser over the top to lock in a vital extra layer of moisture. |
A couple of things to remember when treating dry skin
* Always apply moisturisers to damp skin. This helps to lock in moisture and helps the moisturiser penetrate more deeply. It is also extremely economical as you use far less.
Just consider how difficult it is to mop up spills in the kitchen with a dry sponge, yet a wet sponge works wonders. Think of the skin in the same way. Damp skin absorbs more moisture than dry skin.
Don’t forget too, that Jojoba is an amazing moisturiser on its own and remarkably compatible with all skin types. It is the most similar compound in nature to the skin’s own sebum. It makes an excellent bath or massage oil, and can be applied directly to any areas of dry skin as often as needed.
While there have been no clinical trials to-date, anecdotal evidence has shown that the miniOrganics 3-Step “Prescription” provides almost instantaneous relief, and can be used as often as necessary to relieve discomfort without the risk of any side-effects such as those associated with certain medications.
